The export to PDF and image is empty.

Hello,

I have just installed QlikSense Enterprise November 2025 and when I try to export a graph, table or page to PDF, I get a blank PDF.
Is there a patch or method to fix this?

Do you have the same problem if you export the object as image?

If not, the problem may be related to the PDF printer.

When exporting images, I get the message ‘an error has occurred’.

It does not export.

I am having the exact same issue as @Romain9999999 , Windows Server 2022 so the link provided by @avinashelite  is not of any help
