Partners with no purchases since Aug 2019

Hello. I am trying to have a straight table display only display partners of ours who haven't had any purchases since aug 2019. I tried putting this in the calculated dimension if(max(date(PL_ProcessDate <= '8/1/2019')), AG_AgencyName) but didn't give me what I wanted. It didn't do anything. I just want it to filter out all the partners who basically haven't have any recent sales. Any help is appreciated! Still kinda new to Qlik.

Have you explored to use Possible and Exclude options in Set Analysis?
