Permission to Show script load editor for Published app.

Hi,

i have app "Sample Report" which i have published and i want to give permission to show script load editor for published app

I want to apply this above rule to "Sample Report"  App which is published. How could i do this? PLease help me on this

By default, published applications doesn´t have the edit load script enable.

You must to create a copy of this document or changing the default security rules.

I know it possible through changing default security rules, but i don't know how to do change and what to change. And that is my question. PLease quide me through this.
