In the pie chart I can see the percentage with two decimal places, in the tooltip?

in some extensions it is so by default, the problem is that I also need to fix the color by dimension and persistently and I can not find any extension that allows.

I don't think so. You can show the measure as a percentage with two decimals, but the Share will still be shown in the tooltip and it will always use one decimal point.
