Pivot table causing filter pane to show no values (0 of X) – possible context issue?

Hi,

I’m facing a strange issue in Qlik Cloud (SaaS) related to pivot tables and filter panes

Context:
- Simple data model (no link table)
- Pivot table with dimensions and measures
- Filter pane on field: AFFAIRES_Affaire

Issue:
- The filter pane shows "0 of 67 values"
- No values are displayed at all
- The field clearly contains data

Observations:
- The issue only occurs when a pivot table is present
- If I replace it with a straight table → everything works fine
- Same behavior across:
- different browsers
- different computers
- different apps

- No selection is applied when the issue occurs

Additional note:
There is no link table in the data model.

It seems like the pivot table is affecting the possible values context globally.

Has anyone experienced this or identified a root cause?

Does the issue still persist?

Can you send screenshot of the full dashboard?

is there not data in the filter or null/empty?

What happened if you put his field into table?

What do you see in data model?

Hi,

The issue was still present all week, but this morning it seems to be resolved.

I assume a patch has been deployed on Qlik Cloud.
