Problem calculation age

I would like to count all the customer that is 22 but the calculation count the customer that is 21, 22 and 23 and i don't know why ;

Kindly elaborate the expression in detail. what is exactly stored in the variables ? Also try adding the Customer age from set analysis without the single quotes.
