Problem in Multi Node system

Hi Techies,

I have a qlik site which has two servers, one is central node and one is balancing node. Balancing node is added with all services except printing service.

Whenever I stopped services of balancing node, QMC of central node also get failed to load but hub is working fine.

Balancing node is also a failover candidate.

Can anyone explain me why this is happening?

I have April 2018 version.
