Problem with load snapshot after crash

Hi,

There has been a complete failure of the machine on which the warehouse operated; we have a backup in the form of a snapshot (internal Qlik mechanism).

After installing Qlik on a new machine, attempts to load the last 'snapshot' ended in failure, incl. you cannot see data streams, users, reports, etc.

Can you help us with the above problem?
