Pviot table expanding

Hi All,

I am using a Pivot table  I have 4 column like A,B,C and D . 

Now when I click on the + mark of A then B should display and when I click on the + mark of B now C as well as D should get expanded . 

But currently when I click on B + mark only C is getting displayed and under C + there is D which is not correct . 

How do i correct this ?
