QMC task error

Can someone please let me know why do I get the below error and how to fix it whenever I try to see the preceding and succeeding tasks of a particular task in QMC portal.

It was working fine for 2 days after setting up the on task event trigger. I was able to see the preceding and succeeding tasks but suddenly it is throwing this error whenever I am trying to see.
