QS Document Analyzer issue connecting to applications

Dear community,

I have an issue using QS Document Analyzer 1.9.1,
I've installed it in developpement and preproduction environment and it's working as expected because the accounts used to connect is DEV1BI/USERID for developpment platform and ADPREPROD/USERID for preproduction platform.
but in production environment the domain is AD so the account will be AD/userID but the connector is waiting for a domain with 3 digit minimum so we cannot connect to an application.
Have anyone faced the same issue before ?
Can you help please ?
