QS Script Error when task started from SSIS

We have an SSIS package that will start a Qlik Sense reload task for an app. Often times we get a failure message from that SQL job that runs the SSIS package. However, the task in QS still starts and the app reloads. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there something related to QS that can be looked into to prevent this from failing?

How exactly are you able to trigger a QMC task from SSIS?
