QVD log

How can we see when was our qvd file last accessed? Also, in total how many times has it been accessed?

Do you mean qvd file from an operating system perspective, or do you mean qvd from an App/Dashboard perspective?  If it's the second one, then you should be able to see such data in the Monitoring apps > Operations Monitor   dashboard
