Qlik Connectivity error

Hello All, I am getting this below error in log file

Error: Connector reply error: SQL##f - SqlState: 57011, ErrorCode: 4294966392, ErrorMsg: [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] ..........  Unsuccessful execution caused by an unavailable resource. Reason code: ".........", type of resource: "00000200", and resource name: ...............

What could be the issue, It might be code issue or connectivity issue??

Virtual storage or database resource is not available.

Check if the database is running while Qlik Sense try to access to it.
