Qlik Data Gateways Upgrade is Required by September 15

Due to planned certificate maintenance in Qlik Cloud, customers must upgrade their Data Gateway installations by September 15.

If you are on version 1.3.2 or earlier, you must upgrade to the latest major version to continue using the Direct Access gateway by September 15.

To continue using the Data Movement gateway, customers must upgrade to the latest version 2022.11.74.

could you get someone to link mentioned versions of the connector to the version visible in the Management console? 

Download and supportpages speak of 1.4.2, 1.4.1 etc

The Data gateway overview in the management console shows 2022.5.0.60, 2022.11.45

You mention both numbers in this post, "version 1.3.2 or earlier"  vs "latest version 2022.11.74"

Hello @p_verkooijen,

In order to see the Data Gateway Direct Access version you need to go to the control panel of the Windows Server where is installed and check the version there. Programs and features section as usual within installed software, then you will see:

I hope this helps, the information seen on the Console on your tenant currently refers to another component of the Direct Access.

With the latest version, 1.5.2, the version should now match on what you see on the Console 🙂
