Qlik Data Transfer error Service user validation failed

hi guys I have this problem in installing Qlik Data Transfer (August 21) but when it asks me "SERVICE CREDENTIAL" I get blocked I come from a Sense business account can I install the same Qlik Data Transfer? it is possible to have an example of user I connect to the sense cloud account with the email
Eg mail: pippo@pippo.it domain: abcd.eu.qlikcloud.com
can you suggest me how to do it?

Hi,
Here are a few help links to resolve the issue,

1. Qlik Sense setup or upgrade fails during install on invalid Service Credentials 
2. Qlik DataTransfer Installation - "Service User Validation Failed" 
3. QDT - "Service User Validation Failed"
