Hi,

For a few days, I am seeing this red sign beside 'Engines' and the Engine status is stopped instead of running. It sometimes goes away and then comes back. Does someone know what is the issue and the solution to this?

When the engine is stopped, I get this message when I try to access the HUB.

Hi Chandini,

Are the sense services up and running?

Try restarting the repository database service. This will restart all the services.

Also check the log files if there is any issue recorded.
