Qlik Sense - Advanced Formula Question

Good Morning Everyone,

I am currently building an Customer Account Review and I have been asked to build a function that would let me enter / display a competitors product code and then covert that to product code that we sell.

For example, We could have scenarios where it could be a 1 to 1 or a 1 to many matching. Both the Competitor Code and Our Product Codes are in the original data load from my ERP I am just looking to build the logic that would associate the two codes.

Competitor Code
123-ABC

Our Product Code
1234
WE#0992
ABC-001

Thanks

Thank you for sharing your story. I wish you the best of luck with your challenge. Don't hesitate to ask any questions if you run into a problem you don't know how to solve.

Perhaps you'll find these two documents helpful:

Your answer confuses me... does this mean you can not create a dynamic mapping? from one table to another table?

I think the problem with your example is that we don't know how this logic will be established.

In your example, I can link "Competitor Code" to 2 different fields in "Our Product Code" ; 1234 & ABC-001. Of course, you can link the tables, but you need to provide us a bit more than your dataset.

Hope this helps.

Since you didn't ask any question I have no idea what you want.

Again, let me point out this document:
