I am currently using Qlik Sense April 2019 and I have also installed patch 2. I would like to install patch 3, but I got an error white uninstalling patch 2. Checking at the log file, it says: "Unpacked installation folder could not be removed". It also shows that the installed has no access to a specific path: "Access to the path 😧 Program Files\Qlik\Sense\AboutService\custom-system-info.json is denied".
