Qlik Sense Creating a basic C# Windows Forms application

Hi experts,

I'm a bit new on Qlik Sens and i would like to use my charts on Qlik Sense app in a .Net app (C#) but i got this error message as attached.

i did this following the https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-developer/3.1/Subsystems/NetSDKAPI/Content/GettingStarted/Net-Sdk-...But it doesn't work.

Any one of you dear experts can help please ?
