Qlik Sense Desktop - Authentication Failure
Hi,
I was using an older version of Qlik Sense Desktop and was prompted to upgrade to a newer version as the former was due to expire.
Understand that authentication against Qlik Sense server is required (which I had done so for my old version), but encountered this message for the new version (Nov 2021). I'm able to access Qlik Sense Enterprise, but unable to authenticate QS desktop.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks.

get a new authentication link and try again
Also it doesn't work on test servers

I was told by my IT colleagues that the authentication link does not change, hence we are all using the same link used previously. Or does the link get updated from time to time?
