Qlik Sense Server Upgradation - Production Server

Hi Team,

We planned upgrade the qlik sense server from 2020 February version to directly - August 2021 Source file with patch (7).

Please suggest that, can we upgrade the QS 2020 feb version directly to aug 2021 version, because of this is a production environmental server.

Before upgrade the qlik sense server, what are the certificates and sites and apps (QVD) are needs to take a backup.

We need a exact step- by-step procedure for qlik sense server upgradation.

Would also suggest to test in an environment lower than Production 🙂
