Qlik Sense Sheet action not selecting field value

hi,

i have a few action buttons on my sheets, one of the actions are not selecting the any of the field values within my field "Process", however all other actions are working fine so im not sure what im doing wrong? 

my action is set up on the sheet as follows:

Action # 1 = clear all selections = working fine

Action #2 = "Select values in a field"  = working fine

Action =3 =   "Select values in a field", Field = Process, value  ='T/A'

i dont understand why Qlik wont select "T/A" for me as there is data there for it after all actions are done (see attached image)

anyone know what im doing wrong?

It should work with ='T/A'

thanks for your reply, unfortunately it is still not working for me, 

as you can see the other actions are working fine, but the action to select the process isnt.

By any chance if these are dual values, then try with equivalent numeric value instead.

In KPI put =Num(FieldName), and then select 'N/A' from the field, you will see that numeric value in kpi object
