Qlik Sense: Showing PDF based on selection

Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me how to show a pdf file based on selection?

Please consider the following scenario. I need to show a pdf file with extra information from a loan if a loan is selected.

you can export a complete page as a pdf

go to your sheet, select export sheet as a pdf

That's not what I mean.

If I select a certain field I want to show the pdf file that's linked with that field.

where are the PDF files located? In a database? Folder? How you want to show them? As download link or embedded?

You could probably develop an extension to show them.

The PDF files are just located in a folder.

I would like to show the files embedded in the application

Are you sure that there's no other option?

I'm not familiar with making own extensions.

Hi Matei,

You will not be able to do this with the implicit functionality available in Qliksense yet, you might have to consider an extension for this cause.
