Qlik Sense Time Difference between rows in a same column and then count of dimension values

Hello Guys,

 

I am trying to find time difference between rows from same column (Uhr_Zeit). In a "differenz" column i have already implemented expression but I would like to find out "if difference between timestamp is smaller than 5 seconds then count of packages for each scanner on a bar chart maybe or pivot table". There are only 5 scanners and hundreds of packages.
