We have an issue with Qlik Sense losing connection every few minutes. Although the loss of connection doesn't seem to be anything structural (services are running) it seems that the connection drops. All users experience this, regardless of a VPN on or off, working from a wired or wireless connection. We have already checked the hints in this document;

Still, users experience a timeout message at random intervals, even if they're clicking around in the environment - in other words during usage.

Hi @svenba What is the error message you are receiving? Would it be "Connection lost"?
