QlikSense Theme is not applied for users

Gents, 

Greetings, 

 

have an issue with Qlik sense Dashboards themes, 

I applied a Sense Breeze theme to my dashboard and publish it to users, but the theme in users vision is sense Classic, anyone have idea about why this happened
