QlikSense configuring box plots

hi experts,

i have some data that shows the changeover time of a particular order number. these can then be rolled up in shifts. all my records contain a shift name:

what i would like to do is display the the "changovertime" field and the per shift in a boxplot, ideally something looking like this: 

however when i put my dimension in my box plot chart on qliksense as my shift, and my measure as my changovertime, i get nothing:

would anyone have any tips on how to get this correctly working?

you need to add the batch as second dimensions for the chart to be drawn
