QlikSense node not opening port 4444

Hello Folks,

I am attempting to add a node to my QlikSense cluster/central node.  As of now, my process is failing at the "Requesting authorization password for the certificate on the node" stage.  When I go to the node in question, I see that port 4444 is not opened by any process.  Does anyone know what the issue could be?

I'm using QS Nov 2017 across the central and the "would-be-added" node.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

P.S Also, I assume the child node isn't expected to respond to "http://childnode/hub/" and "http://childnode/qmc/" correct?

EDIT:  I also see the QliService user Running things, so I know it's awake so to speak.
