QlikSense scheduling and backup

Hello all,

We have few reports developed in QlikSense. We are publishing it using QMC and keeping one copy of all reports in our work stream as backup.

After publishing the app, users can add their own sheets and stories in the app. When we are checking the app objects for the same app in QMC, it is showing those sheets and stories as "Not Approved" and "Not Published". and when we Export the app from QMC it shows only published sheets and not the one added by user.

Is there any way we can take backup of the sheets and stories added by user in published app.

you will also have to publish those sheets created by other users.

Once those are published you can duplicate app with those sheets

Right click on sheets in App Overview and you will get option to publish

Need one more help..... Not related to this issue.

Is there any way to export al the published apps automatically to keep the backup.

Actually one of our published Qliksense app got corrupted... so we are looking for some backup strategy.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

that enable you to approve a self created sheet by user to a base sheet.
