Qliksense Extension disabled for root admin

Dear All,

We are new to Qliksense and installed a 'Qlik Sense Enterprise User Model Site'. After installing my ID became Root Admin.

When i logged in the Hub Extensions and Mashups were disabled. I am not able to create or modify anything. Moreover i tried to create a security rule for extension and added role = RootAdmin even then no use.

I tried to import extension using QMC it failed with error 400.

Please help us on this
