Qliksense desktop logon error

Hi, everyone, I downloaded Qliksense desktop "Qlik_Sense_Desktop_Setup_2020_04_Patch_1"

After installed the software, when it comes to logon, entering the credential, it shows an internal error.

I have tried:

reinstall the system, check the proxy(no proxy), refresh the webpage.

Do you have the issue if using the latest Qlik Sense desktop version?
