Qliksense mashup

Hi All,

I build a sample mashup. But i couldn't able to access from outside the  windows server from chrome browser.

I copied the mash up url and tried from outside server.

the error is below:

"This site can’t be reached

servername’s server IP address could not be found."

how can i able to see my mashup by accessing from outside network.

But i could able to see the mashup from browser with in the qliksense windows server.

please find the image attached containing url of the mashup.

PS- we have vpn connected to the server.

Hey

You're probably missing the usage access permissions to that extension. Go into /QMC, pick your extension, edit and check if you have users / idms groups to be added. Normally "Everyone" should be added as a group for global access.
