Qliksense server installation, webservice choice

Which is better Qliksense webservice or the one in windows server 2012?

Currently there is no supported web server for delivering Qlik Sense beyond the Qlik Sense proxy, as opposed to QlikView where you can either use IIS or QlikView Web Server.
