Reference line in scatter plot - Similar to spotfire

I have the below scatter plot.

dimension = Id

X-axis = Avg(date)

Y-axis = Avg(rate)

Color = Product

Is it possible to have a reference line like below based on product and changes based on date, without using extensions?
