Replace non matched words with null in desc field

Hi All,

in source i have Desc field.sample data below

Desc

I am from delhi,studying Msc

I am planning to buy TV

money paid,but product not received

and i have list of predefined key words like

Keywords

Msc

TV

planning

product

now i need to check these keywords in Desc field and output should be like below

Desc	Keyword Match
I am from delhi,studying Msc	Msc
I am planning to buy TV	planning,TV
money paid,but product not received	product,money,paid
