Is there a way to send a report automatically through e-mail?

Qlik Sense does not currently have this functionality. Qlik Sense is for self service visualizations.  You may want to consider QlikView. It is for guided analytics and has the ability to email static reports.

I think for now QlikSense doesn't support Macros, may be in future with Server it is possible to distribute.
