Response Header is incorrect

Hi,

Recently we have added a new DNS alias against our proxy server. Proxy server has its own domain name we wanted to have a different friendly alias and planning to allocate a public certificate (CA Authorized) to this new Alias.

IT folks have recently bound the new DNS name with the Proxy Server IP address and we are getting a response on cmd when trying to ping this new DNS. We are getting the below error when accessing this new DNS alias. I have already added the new name in the whitelist but no luck.
