Restricting user to Export specific Zone data in Qlik Sense

Hi,

There is a requirement in Qlik Sense.

I have some data in table format. All the users should be able to see the data irrespective of the Zones.

When the user want to Export the data, he should be able to download only his specific Zone data.

Please provide your inputs whether it is possible or not.
