Running Total/Cumalative in Pivot Table

In the above table, YTD is showing the total of the columns(Unfortunately there is only one value in the columns), but I want it to display the running total/cumulative sum in YTD(The table is changed by the Qlik board due to some errors, assume it is a pivot and just focus on the first row 'YTD').

Can someone help me?

You should try with Rangesum, Above/Below etc kind of  functions, attach the sample data in excel, may be some experts can help you further...
