SAML integration for multiple users

I created a SAML integration b/w QlikSense & Salesforce as by Jeffrey.

Was successful in connecting.I right now dont have IDP. I observed that when the integration was successful for the first time, when I login with salesforce user1 ,it created a new user in QS with no app.So I had to gave access to an app.

Now when I logged in to salesforce with user 2, it though redirected me from salesforce page to QS but with error msg.

Can u tell me why this happened? Take a look at my virtual proxy

I can login with one user , so it created a user in my QS with directory "SFDC".

I want same with all users from SF to login to QS.
