SSL Thumbnail is not reflecting

Hi ,

We have update the QMC with SSL thumbnail but still it not taking effect

What we have done:

1) Imported the SSL certificate (qlik.radboneclark.com) as shown below

2) Update the QMC -> Proxy -> SSL thumbnail

Problem:

Still browser is showing default Qlik certificate. This means our iOS users can not access the hub

That certificate does not have a private key. You can use this article from Qlik Support's Knowledge base for reference.
