Sales Territary Alignment

I have a dummy table like this,

Postal Code	Territory
L0B	11205
L0C	11203
L0E	11204
L0G	00000000
L0H	11202
L0K	11201
L1C	11206
L1E	11303
L1G	11302
L1H	11301
L1J	11304
L1K	11102
L1L	11103
L1M	11101

If I want to load this table and collapse all 11304 postal code to 11302, how should I write the scripts?

I wrote  If(NewTerritory=11304,11302), but it is not working:-(

May be this

If(Territory = 11304, 11302, Territory) as NewTerritory
