Sanky Chart Count not showing correctly

Hi All, 

I am using a Sanky chart here. When i am adding dimensions in that with a measure the numbers are showing in correctly on that. when I am checking it with a Pivot table, it is showing correctly. Please suggest. 

measure: 

count({<RP_Type={'Prep'},Year=, Month=, Day=,
Date={">=$(=date(monthstart(max(Date))))<=$(=date(max(Date)))"}>}distinct Id)

Below is the expected count for Prep:

Similarly for Status, For Active below is the count when used a KPI. But in Sanky it is different. 

Please suggest. thanks in advance.
