Script for Task Name, App Name or QVF Name and QVD Name details

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Qlik Sense. I need to gather the list of qvds, app or qvf name and task names.

Example:

QVD : A1

A1 is used by how many apps / qvf?

Each app schedule for how many tasks?

Please help me out, Is there any way to get the above details using script in Qlik sense?
