Hidden characters in Excel file after loading them for section access. Because of which we cannot apply the section access changes to the users.

Try this while loading an Excel file or field, So it allows only Alphabet and numeric char only.

KeepChar(FieldName, 'abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVQXYZ 1234567890') as  FieldName

Hidden characters means, i think, its contains empty space..

In that case, try with trim() function, else, you can use @rajjul suggestion.
