Selection Removing its own data

In this picture a license number is selected, 

But when i select Region Name no data is shown

I selected the same region as of first picture and still my data goes away.

1. Clear selections 

Are there any locked selection remaining due to perhaps an 'always one selected' value'. This field level property 'could' be interfering.

2. Check your data: Try to select 'Region Name'. Does he row in the first image above show up?

If not, then there 'could' be an issue with your data.

Just a couple things to check...

I would review the data model, these weird things can happen when you have synthetic tables.
