Sheet filters not updating when used in storytelling
Hi all,
I've seen this question asked already on this forum, but all were some time ago and the solutions that were provided in those threads seem more like workarounds for me. Also, when trying these workarounds it doesn't seem to solve my issue.
I want to create a story where each slide is basically the same sheet, but with different filtering. For example:
Sheet 1: Sales of product X by sales segment A
Sheet 2: Sales of product Y by sales segment A
Sheet 3: Sales of product X by sales segment B
Sheet 4: Sales of product Y by sales segment B
I have tried to achieve this by creating multiple copies of the same sheet where I preset the correct filtering by applying a bookmark. So when I open the individual sheets the filtering immediately changes to what I want to see in each sheet.
However, when embedding these different sheets in a story, the story uses 1 set of filters for all the slides, which means that every slide shows the same data.
Is there any solution to this?
Kind regards

It sounds like you're trying to create a story in Qlik Sense where each slide shows different filtered data, but the story is currently applying the same filters to all slides. This is a known limitation in Qlik Sense KMFusa com
One workaround is to use NPrinting, a reporting tool by Qlik, which allows you to create and export reports with different filters applied. Another option is to recreate the story for each set of filters you want to apply, although this can be more time-consuming.
