In a QlikView Bar chart, the Sort pane only sorted Dimensions. Sort by Y-value was a way to specify "sort the bars by value". In Qlik Sense the Sort section includes measures, so you can just specify "sort numeric" for the measure and get the same result. So sort by Y-value in not necessary in Qlik Sense.
