Static measures in a bar chart

Hi experts,

I have a bar chart with a dimension called direction and a measure that calculates the current year total cost per direction. I would now like to add two more measures as seen on the picture  that calculates the total cost of the current and the previous year without taking the dimension into consideration. 

Can it be done in Qlik sense?

if you wan to add 2 dimensions as single dimension

you need to write in script 

do union(concatenate)
